TERMS & CONDITIONS
FINE ART & GRAPHIC DESIGN COMMISSIONS
Commissions over $40 USD require a deposit of 30% of the full price before the project is started. This advance is non-refundable, and covers time, cost of supplies and labor.

A software fee covering monthly subscription costs of multiple graphic design and art workspaces will also be applied to any commission. This fee is subject to change and non-refundable.
If the client/customer is unhappy with commission results and refuses to pay the total, the advance will still remain non refundable.
If the client wishes Dija Ouija to redo, edit or change second draft or final stage artwork, further fees will apply.
Dija Ouija may be delayed in delivering invoices, final stage artwork, or replies to inquiries if deadlines are not set.
Please set deadlines for artwork needed within a 3-14 day timeline. Fees will apply for expedited artwork. (1-7 day turnaround)
All artwork and designs received by Dija Ouija are for personal use ONLY.
Commercial use is unacceptable unless paid for and/or agreed upon by Dija Ouija. Artwork used for albums, apparel and merchandise may only be utilized once, and for original purpose. Re-purposing art is restricted and only allowed through permission of Dija Ouija.
Royalty fees may apply.
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
Shop Dija Ouija will provide refunds for prints & merchandise only at request and upon inspection.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges must be between two items of the same value, and can only be requested once. Only t-shirts can be exchanged for another size multiple times. If item is used, an exchange cannot be distrubuted.
FINAL SALE
Art prints, boards, and posters, original paintings, stickers, greeting cards, postcards, tapestries, blocks, clocks, tote bags, pouches, and device sleeves and cases are final sale and not eligible for return unless photographic evidence of damage is sent and acknowledged.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged, please provide photographic evidence for review. If damage is acknowledged, a refund (not including shipping) will be provided after the product is shipped with return postage.
RETURN PROCESS
If an item is eligible for return according to the policies listed above, the first step to returning is to request return labels. Shop Dija Ouija will provide them for all eligible products. Refunds will only be distrubuted after shipping has been recieved.
